At Beaumont School of Trucking, we strive to provide quality education and training services to our students. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have developed this Refund Policy to address various situations regarding course withdrawals and refunds.

No Refund and No Transfer of Credit

Under normal circumstances, course fees are non-refundable once a student enrolls. However, exceptions and credits are offered under the terms below and in accordance with California education standards

Credit for Course Withdrawal

Students who voluntarily withdraw from a course may request a tuition credit valid for up to 18 months from the date of withdrawal. This credit may be applied toward any future course offered by Beaumont School of Trucking and is subject to space availability

Refunds for Disability, Injury, or Death

Refunds will only be issued in the unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances of disability, injury, or death that prevent the student from completing the course. To be eligible for a refund under these circumstances, the following conditions must be met:

The disability, injury, or death must occur before the student completes the course. Supporting documentation, such as medical records or a death certificate, must be provided to substantiate the claim. Refund requests under this provision will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Requesting a Refund or Credit

To request a refund or credit, students or their authorized representatives must:

• Submit a written request via email to our administrative office.

• Include supporting documentation (if applicable).

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request has been approved and processed, it may take a reasonable amount of time to complete the refund process. Refunds will typically be issued using the same payment method originally used for enrollment.

Changes to the Refund Policy

Beaumont School of Trucking reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective as of the date they are posted on our website or communicated to students through other appropriate channels.
